Group Bookings Terms & Conditions:

• Group rates apply for groups of 20+ persons.
• Pre-payment is required for groups unless credit terms have been agreed.
• Beyond the Trees Avondale reserves the right to amend group rates in the event of changes to the rate of tax, or the introduction of any new government levy.
• In addition to the Treetop Walk admission rate, supplementary services provided by Beyond the Trees Avondale are as follows:
  Dining: Pre-booked group dining and reserved seating at the Seed Café, group set menu available on request. Note the min. number of 20 persons applies for pre-booked groups. This service must be pre-booked and agreed by special arrangement with Beyond the Trees Avondale in addition to the guided and / or self-guided tour rate. A 25% non-refundable deposit will apply for Seed Café advance group bookings.
• Children aged 3 years and under are free once accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Final group numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to date of arrival.
